General Troubleshooting Steps

These suggestions may help solve some of the most common issues Nextplus users may encounter.

First, make sure you are on the latest version of Nextplus with the latest official OS for your device.  

Some potential issues can be resolved simply by completely exiting and relaunching Nextplus.  This includes ending the application from running in the background in order to get a fresh launch.

You can also try logging out of your Nextplus account and then logging back in.  Take note of your log in credentials so you can get back into the application.

iOS 7

1. Exit out of the app by pressing the home key
2. Tap the home button twice to launch the list of running apps
3. Swipe up on the Nextplus app to close it


1. Exit Nextplus
2. On your Android home screen, hit the menu key
3. Tap Settings
4. Tap Applications or Application Manager
5. Tap on Nextplus, then tap Clear Cache, Clear Data, and Force Stop in that order. 

Another option is to power cycle your device.  Press and hold the power button to turn it off then back on.

Lastly, you could uninstall Nextplus, power cycle your device, then reinstall Nextplus.
